Franks Seafood was established in 1996 by Frank Mazza.
Frank’s Seafood, which is situated in Brisbane’s West End, is a reputable Seafood outlet and has been servicing an elite list of restaurants and hotels throughout Southeast Queensland for close to 10 years.
Michael and Belinda Sawtell purchased Franks seafood in April 2021.They are the owners of a small fishing business Two Brothers Fishing and a live coral trout boat, FV Peri, based in Mackay, North Queensland. They specialize in catching premium Queensland reef fish and supply the domestic and international market with live Coral Trout.
